Sales and cancellation conditions
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS
The invitation you received to register via the online ‘onboarding procedure’ is personal and cannot be transferred to a third person without the consent of Archimundo.
By completing the online onboarding form, you are signing up to participate in a professional architecture study trip to Mexico - that will take place from March 25 to April 05, 2025 - and are giving your expressive consent to the conditions of traveling in a business context.
You will receive the invoice for the pre-set participation fee and for all additional services - should you have requested any. This invoice is issued by the travel agency Jetexpress and is payable, in full, upon receipt.
As always, your participation can only be considered definite after receipt of full payment of the corresponding invoice. The organisation reserves the right to cancel your participation or to assign it to someone else, in case of delay in payment.
Should you need to cancel your participation, please do so in writing to info@archimundo.be.
The general cancellation conditions are as follows:
CANCELLATION COSTS
Cancellation after selection and until December 15, 2024 -- 50% costs
Cancellation between December 16 and January 15, 2025 -- 75% costs
Cancellation between January 16 and February 24, 2025 -- 90% costs
Cancellation after February 24, 2025 -- 100% costs
TRAVEL PREFERENCES
Should you be interested in travelling in ‘premium’ or ‘business class’ for the intercontinental part, a separate quotation will be sent to you and the applicable conditions will be clearly marked. Prices and conditions will be based on availability at the time of booking. We kindly remind you that all costs related to individual travel preferences are entirely charged to the participant and need to be fully settled before departure.
IMPORTANT
Every participant is responsible for providing the travel organisation with all necessary information on time:
- copy international passport, >> preferably upon registration, at latest 1 month before departure
- diet restrictions and/or essential medical information.
Receipt of any of the above information beyond the deadlines could lead to non-participation. The travel organisation, nor Archimundo can be held responsible for possible consequences should any information be missing.
The travel organisation nor Archimundo can be held responsible if, for any reason, and despite being in possession of all the right documentation, Immigration officers would refuse to grant you access to the destination.
We strongly recommend you contract a full option travel insurance (including ‘emergency medical expenses and assistance service, medical repatriation and transportation, burial, cremation or return of medical remains’). Due to the strict cancellation conditions, extending that insurance to cancellation and lost/delayed luggage is also suggested.
Contracting the appropriate travel insurance for this trip and travelling with the necessary insurance documents, is entirely the responsibility of the traveller him/herself. The travel agency and Archimundo decline all responsibility in this matter.
